Sixth Judicial District Court
Written by Carol Elerick
The District Court provides for the resolution of civil and criminal matters. The primary emphasis of the Court is an expeditious and fair resolution of the cases brought before it in a manner which is consistent with standards of due process. The Court relies on current statutes/ordinances and rulings from the Nevada and United States Supreme Courts when making decisions.
